Let me start by saying that I have been trying to find a barber who would actually take time and listen to what my 15 year old son wants done to his hair. We've been on the hunt for a barber for him for 3 years but every single one we've went to always ended up cutting his hair however they wanted or whatever the trend was. I stumbled across the Men's Room from our FB community group and decided to give them a shot. I choose Ben to be the one my son would see. From the initial booking and confirmation of the appointment it has been the best experience ever. Ben took time prior to the appointment to ask for reference pictures to ensure he had set enough time aside that my son's cut wouldn't be rushed and that he knew what my son was wanting done. Well today was my son's appointment and when I tell you Ben has gained a forever client I mean every word. He took time to listen to what my son wanted and to explain what and why he was doing what he was doing to his hair. My son is extremely shy and doesn't talk much to strangers but as soon as he walked out he called me and raved about how amazing Ben was and how much he loved his hair cut. My son has NEVER loved a hair cut. Seeing the happiness on his face and how awesome his hair looked I was beyond thankful. My son said mom go ahead and book me another appointment because I am only going to him from now on. I said all of that to say this. If you or your son are looking for a professional barber who is not only great at what they do but also care about what you want as a client then this is absolutely the place for you! Thanks again Ben really it means more than you know that Zay has found a home!

JW, Susan, and Ben are great. They are very up front about their policies - cancellation for being late, charges for missing appointments, etc. The best thing ( other than amazing haircuts) is the communication. If you communicate about problems with your scheduled appointment, they will work with you. Too bad some people leaving poor reviews don't realize that. The core group of customers will take care of them because they take care of us. I HIGHLY recommend Men's Room.

Looking for a barber to work on my beard so I would quit chopping it up myself, I discovered The Men’s Room shortly after moving to the area in 2015. What I found was not only a great barbershop but a good friend. Ben is incredibly skilled at his craft and pays great attention to his clients wishes. As a matter of fact, he has gone out of his way on numerous occasions to make sure I’m taken care of, and I’ve witnessed him time and time again do the same for others. If you are just wanting hair chopped off, The Men’s Room may not be the place for you; however, if you are looking for high quality service and a good community, check it out!
